Submitted by: Dorcas Ruff		Please continue to keep our daughter, Rachel in your prayers also. Her doctors have still not determined the cause of her pain and fatigue. He has ruled out fibromyalgia. Some of the tests she has gone through are painful in themselves. Please pray for her healing also, and if God does not choose to heal, that He will guide the doctors to know what she has, and that they can treat it easily. Pray that she be healed or the causes determine before she has to go through the EMT again. I am so very glad that the Lord does not let us know the future...it would have been pure torture to know ahead of time that both daughters would have seemingly untreatable diseases - living so far away from us in different directions! We pray that in His grace and mercy he will HEAL them both physically. That they may go on to glorify Him with their lives. Oh, that I could be cloned and be with both girls! I know that all of you parents who have children living far away understand how difficult this is for us. Please, if you can, stop and pray right now for our girls, and their doctors. Most of you realize that Elisabeth's blood problem has been ever evolving over nearly the last year, and that Rachel first began having problems after returning from her trip to Hait last June when she went as our granddaughter's sponsor (Elisabeth's daughter) on a mission trip. Submitted by: Dorcas Ruff		Here I am again asking you all to pray for our daughters. Elisabeth saw her doctor today for pre-op for having a uterine ablation to help with her blood disease. She got a call a while ago to tell her that her pre-op was not successful and that after talking with all her doctors they concluded that they cannot do the abltion, either without risk of her bleeding to death. NOTE - I did not put this on face-book as I did not what their kids to see this, nor Bruce as I am not sure he is where she could tell him yet. The doctors want to do a biopsy on Monday, but they will do it in an operating room! Please feel free to forward the email to other friends and relatives but PLEASE DO NO TALK ABOUT IT ON FACEBOOK. Understandably she is upset about this...she know she cannot keep getting blood every month or couple of weeks. I am asking you all to pray about this matter today. We are trying to decide if I can go and be with them for a few weeks. I have a new cell phone, but it is the same old number, 573-301-2658. If I don't answer right away it is because it works a lot different from my old phone. Also, the sim cards were not compatible so if you send me a text or call, please leave your name as I do not have all the information transferred yet!. I prayed with her on the phone and we both ended up in tears. We do not know God's purpose in allowing this - we know she was a good witness to a nurse in California, but we are asking for God's healing - at least to the place where the doctors can treat her, if not God completely healing her - and we will all give Him the glory. 02-08-2012

Gary Petig
Submitted by: Nancy Petig		My husband, Gary, had neurological testing last week on his arms and hands. Results showed he has corporal tunnel in both wrists, tennis elbows and problems with an ulnar nerve that is pinching. He had to have MRIs done as well on his neck and back in which the doctor mentioned he needs a new spine, which of course isn’t possible! Test results from that showed bulging discs and arthritis. If the surgeon goes ahead with surgery he would have to perform it as open heart surgery to get to the spine. His doctor was going to speak with his associates to obtain second opinions. Pray for Gary as he deals with the pain that he is unfortunately experiencing. Thank you so much for your prayers! We talked to the neurologist on Wednesday and he told Gary that his back is not ready for surgery. The 13 Bulging discs up and down his spine are not that bad yet for surgery. He is to start therapy to see if that will help. He is to go and see the orthopedic doctor about his ulnar nerve on the 13th to see what he can do. I guess we will see one doctor at a time for now. Please keep praying. 02-03-2012

Tommy Killmade
Submitted by: Donna Killmade		Tommy's surgery went very well, just as expected and they now have the harmone implant in his arm. It is expected that this should bring his harmone testosterone levels down to normal levels and therefore let his actual age catch up to his bone age and make him continue to grow to where he should be. I think it also helps with behavioral issues or aggressive issues that he used to have at school before this implant (he had one last year too but it was wearing off). They think this is the last time he will need it now and it last for a year then they will have to go in and take out the implant and he will be done. Thank you all. †01-25-2012
Jim Killmade
Submitted by: Donna Killmade		Jimmy got a cortisone shot in his knee. They said that he will eventually need a total knee replacement but the shot helped him with the pain and helped him post pone having the surgery for some time. He can take the shot every four months and so he is hoping to put it off until he retires. So his surgery is not any time soon. Thankfully the shot helped him with the pain though.01-25-2012

He's finally in his room and they have the tube out of his mouth so he can eat. They said he's doing great, much better then they expected. So thanks for the prayers. Anna Hank
Submitted by: Garrett Newhouse		Jean’s (and Eddie’s) grandma Anna Hank passed away Tuesday morning so I was hoping you could keep their family in your prayers. She was 94 years old and passed in her sleep. She just had a seizure last week and went downhill quick. This was somewhat expected from the last few days, but both Jean and Eddie were very close to their grandma. She had strong Christian beliefs so we know she is with Him. Visitation is Friday night 4-7pm at Schlanker funeral home in Montgomery city. Funeral is Saturday at 10am at immaculate conception church in Montgomery city. Steve Killmade
Submitted by: Donna Killmade		Our oldest son ,Steve, will be having surgery on February 24th, for severe sleep apnea. They are taking his tonsils, adenoids, some soft pallet tissue and part of his tongue to open up his airway. He has severe sleep apnea and his oxygen levels go down to 40 percent at night. The c-pap machine is not working as it is severe so the hope is , that once they do the surgery , it will open the airway enough that the c-pap machine will work. †01-18-2012

Submitted by: Donna Killmade		I have been having a battle with a rare disorder called lymphodema (elephantitis) in my legs and they are treating me outpatient which has not really helped much. They have ordered a pump for home use now, in addition to the physical therapy wraps daily but if that does not work, I have to go in patient to a hospital in Tenn that specializes in this. Submitted by: Bill Mayor		 Hello Everyone: My Ex-wife just sent me this message, & with that I would like you all to lift her up in prayer. Here is her message... It appears I will be having some minor surgery to correct my heart rate early next year. Doctor says it’s damaging one of my valves and accounts for many things I’ve experienced over the last 6 months or so. I told him I assumed they were related to the panic attacks or that I was just getting old and fat. He says no. Anyway, he had me double my dosage of the heart medicine he gave me, I have a couple more tests day after tomorrow then I see him again on 2/7 to re-evaluate and determine whether we do the surgery or not. 12-28-2011

Submitted by: Cathy Wilkinson		Friends & Family, Wanted to give you update on heart cath that Ed had done yesterday. Cardiologist did not put a stint in...he said it would not make anything better. The artery on bottom heart is small & does not allow for much blood flow. He increased the dosage of one of Ed's heart medications & put him on a nitrote-type medication. Ed is to go back in 2 weeks after he sees if there is any change from these medications. Thanks again for all the prayers! Cath 12-21-2011
