Parking Lot
1. Watch for people who need help in the Parking lot such as:
a. Mothers with children
b. Senior Citizens
c. When it is raining (assist with an umbrella)
2. Assist folks as they get out of the cars under the canope
3. Open the door with a smile and welcome them with a smile
4. Show where restrooms and Sunday School classrooms are
Greeters
1. Greet everyone with a welcome smile and a bulletin
2. Especially watch for visitors and be sure they know where things are located
3. Show where restrooms and Sunday School Classes are.
Spiritual Interviewers
1. Greet the visitor with a smile and a warm welcome
2. Strike up a conversation regarding their family, life, etc.
3. Ask them if there is anything that they would want us to pray about
4. Ask them to fill out the information card
5. Pick it up during the closing song
6. Get their reaction to the worship and their experience.
Rapid Response Team
1. A list of first time visitors needs to be provided to this team
2 Write a short letter thanking for coming and invite them back
3. A quick phone call (asking how they like the service)
4. An order on how many cookies, etc. are needed
5. People assigned to make these goodies
6. People will be needed to deliver the goodies with a simple message:
a. We are glad you came
b. Here is a brochure with information
c. We hope you will return
